Beware of this company

BEWARE of this company they been taking the money out of account now since 2019 and I call and ask what I owe and they say 1500 left to pay on it until it's paid off call.back few months later it's back up to 1900 **** I would stay away from buying g anything from them.

Awful Experience

Financing a pool through this company was the worse experience of my life. They break their own contracts, charge your card when not authorized, and are rude in emails (like you did something, when technically, they did something illegal). I have no issue with Discount Pools, it is the financing company that they use that is just horrible with customer service and communication. If you are planning to finance a pool, I would highly advise finding another company to get the pool from just so you don't have to deal with National Wide Recreational. The two women that work there will be rude to you and treat you like garbage.

Horrible customer service

I have handed them every document they need cant even get a phone call back everytime I call there out of the office or always in a meeting but there busy due to COVID 19 sry if you were so busy you would treat your customers different and actually work

Missing parts of my order

I ordered a pool, and at first I was happy they called to upgrade us no charge since the pool we ordered was out of stock. Then I get my order, and I am missing the solar cover and parts of the foam coving that I paid for. Left messages no response. They are a horrible company, do not recommend!!!
