Avoid these guys
They trade with different names. Rubiish customer service and no refund for the faulty goods. I purchased a New Balance Cricket bat from their sister concern Discount Cricket outlet for £354.17 which include the price for knocking in service. My u16 lad used it for 15 mins in the net and bat broke from 3 places. I sent them the photos and returned the bat. It's over 6 months they did not refund my money. They blamed it on the manufacturer and manufacturer blamed the poor knocking. when i told them that i am going to court, they dispatched the same damaged bat after 6 months which of course i refused to accept. Really bad customer service.
