Worst customer service Diskmakers

What do you get when you cross a cd with terrible customer service? #discmakers We placed an online order on Monday which disc makers system just lost. We found this out when we had to call and follow up behind them like little children playing big business on Tuesday. So on Tuesday we place another online order after being assured that orders placed before 4:00 go out same day. After placing the order, we called back to make sure they had the order this time and was assured they did. On Wednesday when we logged into our account and noticed no tracking numbers, we called to check on the kids again! After numerous hang-ups and their AVL group putting us on suspend for 15 minutes at a time before disconnecting our call 3 times in a row, We thought surely this service could not get any worst! Well, I guess it can... because it did! We wasted more than an hour, trying to find out if the website just had not updated or if our order in fact had not shipped. Numerous employees saying they would check into it and call us back... that never happened. Telling us not to worry, I'm sure it went out... so obviously their order entry and tracking system must be something Fred and Barney used at Slate Rock and Gravel Company. Knowing that we were quickly approaching their 4:00 cutoff we called again finally getting in contact with someone that told us our order had not gone out and that we would receive on Friday after ordering on Tuesday with 2nd day shipping! No less than four employees prior to this person assured us there should be no problem simply because they obviously did not want to waste their time with it. If they had, they would have yielded the truth opposed to the numerous untruths we were given up to this point. Now the plot thickens. Someone with some so called authority jumps in with his I will handle it attitude reassuring us that they would send the order out on Wednesday next day so we would get all of our items on Thursday as originally promised. So great... that's the end of the story right? WRONG!!! Not by a long shot! I will give you one guess what happened. They shipped part of the order leaving out one of the most critical parts we needed and to add insult to injury it was in black and white on their invoice and packing slip that shipped with the order! Surely the big boss couldn't have screwed up like this? This must be a UPS issue. Surely they got the order right and UPS lost a box. NOPE! They just shipped the order short! So can you imagine how much it cost me in shipping to order what we needed from someone else overnight Red to rush everything together to have before Friday night when #Discmakers got the original order on Monday and still couldn't get us or guarantee us our items even by Friday which would have still been late! That is @discmakers bad customer service story for you. Whatever they say if it is important to you then follow up like you do with your kids. You will likely get a different answer based on how many times you ask the question and the different people that respond. Once you discount the lazy responses and the, I do not have a clue what I am doing type of responses somewhere in the middle there might be the truth but you have to mine for it like gold! We had ordered numerous orders and had problems with approximately 20% of them if not more! Did I mention this was just for supplies orders after they sold us disc printer and duplicators. #badcustomerservice. You are a so called distributor you take it off the shelf you put it in one of those brown things called a box put a label on it and set it out where UPS can see it when they come by! There was no custom anything with any of our orders! As companies get big I wonder how many of customer complaints ever go beyond the part time employee because the executives likely just want to sit around, patting themselves on the back and think they are doing such a grand job. SMH... Enough is enough...
