Heard great things about the company so I decided to give them a try. Their customer service is awful!
There are times when a background pends for a week or longer and when asked why it's taking so long, they just simply give you an ETA without explaining.
You will not have an account rep; you only have the customer service department to rely on and they take at least 4 hours to reply with one answer and closing out the ticket, so they don't have to deal with you anymore. I would not recommend this company ever.

These people have been sending me a bill for three weeks now. Ive never heard of them, my company has no record of ever buying anything from them, nor have we ever ask them to quote anything.
I informed them of this. They told me I would need to log on and cancel my account. You know, the accountant I never opened or authorized. Two days after that, they sent me a welcome letter, saying they were glad to have me as a customer.
Once again, I dont know anything about them.
Today they send me a demand letter, because Ive closed my account. You know, the account that Ive never opened. And they threaten to turn it over to collections.
I dont know where they are from where I come from. They call that extortion.
It is illegal.
This is why they have court and jails. Im really not worried about it but I just thought the rest of the world needed to know.
