Unreasonable deactivation during account creation

My account got deleted as i was just finishing up creating it! I tried resting password and it now says that the account was deleted or deactivated but i tried making a new account and that said the same email was in use.
I tried the contact support but it keeps trying to make me log in but how am i supposed to log in if my account was deactivated???
And if it really was why does it still say my emails in use? Bs

I have been trying to get the verified on dirty.com and get my payout but they will not respond to any of my attempts and I cannot get my payout even through I qualify for free vip.
