I received an email offering me one-time free delivery. I ordered and put in the code given to me.
When the purchase was done, I realized that there was still a delivery charge. I called the store and was told there was nothing they could do for me.
They couldn't even give me a number for anyone to talk to about it. Very poor service.

Keep doing this.I am so frustrated.All I want to do is download the app to my new phone with a new phone number and I'm unable to do this.All i'm wanting is the assistance and apparently I can't get this. It provided me a phone number for customer service for assistance.
And then all that does tell me to do emails. I'm not. I can't keep doing this.
I just can't I can't keep doing this. All I wanted is to app to go keep my cat on my other phone.

I purchased a tub in Hammond La and the manager put tape over the broken part to hide it. When the worker went to load it I saw the broken parts and told them I didnt want it . The manager refused to refund my money.

Haven’t heard from anyone I’ve called several numbers since 6:30pm
The employees was telling me dont go through box there was a box out from the yellow line I was taking tee shirts the employee started yelling you need get out of the store the acted like she was going to take her jacket off to fight

This is not right I spend lots of money in the store since November 2023 the store is so dirty rude people today was it this has really made me ill

I went back to the last few isles in store they had a pallet there was one lady had put the things on white tables no isles were blocked off I was buying things off the table there was another lady getting shirts I wasnt getting anything out of box it was almost empty the girl said I you cant buy this I ask her why she said I not through this was ready to sell/the employee (shes one day a week)Im almost deaf I talk loud and 71 years old she said employee said you need to leave the. She started acting like she wanted to fight me I have never been so humiliated by someone like this in my life,I went up to check out ask the lady for her name she wouldnt

Problem
Again I came in to purchase a push mower different from the last..I was a Ryobi electric mower I was in the store at closing last nite and was here when it opened this morning it wasn't on the shelf but it is in the back room along with weed eaters and other tool that went 90% off..their new so called managers here that Do Not know what there doing ...signs haven't been changed in weeks store is trashed ..this is the first time in 15 years of shopping with DC I have totally been disrespected...I've called sent emails ask to speak with DM

They are not doing sinage properly so items are Cheaper than sign say..I have shopped with this company since the doors opened
I have a feeling that this Will not be tended to..
