For the price you pay for DirecTV DirecTV and all your channels to stay up running but instead it's down almost 75% of the time and when you tried to call DirecTV they either put you on hold say they'll check it out or do nothing but for the price you're paying you should get the channels that you want

We moved and cancelled our Direct TV on May 24th, 2016. They took the money from my account for 7 months, and i finally caught it on my bank statement. Direct TV owes me $1426.95. I have called 5 times for my refund and keep getting the same story. Account 23628698. Send my $. We have a new account at our new home. Maybe i should not pay my payment to get my money back you stole !l

I'd hate to invite a bunch of people over to watch something on DirecTV Now. Sometimes it is like HD, sometimes it is worse than old style analog, and often it simply doesn't load and gives error messages.
