Order

I placed an order for a Ryobi lawn mover back in June and my product was lost in transit. I waited a week with no updates and called direct tools customer service , they could not find my lawn mover and gave me the option of a refund . I agreed to the refund only to find out today 7/7/2022 that no refund was submitted. So now I'm mad that some one didnt do their job and that I was lied too. Direct tools customer service really sucks and their wait times suck even more . I like Ryobi products but not the direct tools customer service.

User's recommendation: Be sure you don't have any problems for customer service, you might have to wait 2 hours on hold to speak to some 1
