They won't honor 30 day money back guarantee
On Oct 4, 2022 through DIRECTPAY I purchased a web based service called Alpha Business Leads for $149.00 After contacting Satish Gaire, owner of The Gaire Group and marketer of the web based service, I explained to him the main problems associated with the service I even sent him a screen recording showing how the service was unusable. The service came with 30 day satisfaction or your money back guarantee.
On October 25, 2022 I I submitted a support ticket requested a full refund.
I have called left voice message and sent emails to both DIRECTPAY and Satish Gaire but have been roundly ignored. My goal is for DIRECTPAY and The Gaire Group to uphold their 30 day money back guarantee

Avoid using and staying away from this group. They used some start-up software or tools and sell them for profit.
Absolutely no "support" at all. Don't bother sending a ticket for the product you purchase because after several months to 2 years (or some time later), the product you purchased would NOT work. Waste of your money and time to chase them.
Basically, NO SOLUTION or Help at all once the sale is done. RUN AWAY from these people from the beginning.
