Need to return order for wrong part received

I placed an order for a remote for a car alarm. I received my order but it is the wrong part. I have contacted the seller 4 times by email and once by phone. By phone I was only able to get someone in support who said they couldn't help. I have gotten NO responses to my emails. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they could not get a response either. I want to return this part and get my money back but Directed Electronics has the worst customer service ever when they say send an email but they don't respond.
