Are you taking the ***

Your sports direct stores are absolutely shocking I have never entered your stores before, but this Christmas my wife wanted a pair of hugg boots £185. No cheep because I don't buy *** to my horror i wanted to return them because they don't fit and your so called managervat merthyr tydfil stores refused to give me a full refund, there is nothing in that store i would put on my dog , crap quality, even people in the store agreed with me, mickey mouse clothes, your manager offered me a CREDIT note, which i spent £185, not £18 pound, because if im being honest that's all you merchandise in the store is worth, i will be taken this further because 1.

Your store is shocking.. 2 every other store on merthyr tydfil retail park, gives a full refund, to which i have done my home, i have also been on to trading standards, to which they was shocked, cannot believe your store as acting in this unprofessional manner, regards Mark, await you reply, but i will be taking this further, SPORTS DIRECT??

You are on a third party site for thousands of companies where consumers read the complaints and can comment. It is amazing for that much money your wife never tried them on before asking for them as a gift.

I have not had a response to 30 emails over 4 months

My Reebok treadmill broke and they refused to repair. Following repeated complaints over several months they eventually collected it for repair but have not returned it not responded to my 30 emails (other than automated nonsense) for over 4 months

Late delivery

I paid 11.99 for a parcel to be delivered next day and is now not arriving until wed 28th jan. This was an important Christmas present.

I contacted dpd who had said i requested it to be delivered then , which is not the case after paying for express next day delivery. I want fully refunded for delivery and the order which will be returned.
