Change the booking

Fraud

We made a booking through directferries.com. They sent us a wrong confirmation which did not work at the ticket office of the ferry company. Since then we were not able to contact them or get a refund. Sincere fraud warning here!

Non return of money

Hi Team, I have booked online ferry . At the same time money got deducted and booking was not confirmed as well. I have received the automatic email mentioned that money was not charged for this booking but money got deducted from my Indian account. They suck

There is no way to contact these people. Service is non existent. The answering machine is always on and it says you are not calling at the appropriate hour I have called at all hours as they may be bases in Europe

Poor service

I called and your number and an answering machine came on that said I called during a time that you are not open. The message was to call between 9:00 am and it was 9:15 am when I called

Never got back to me

I emailed you on Friday to change my booking you said you received it will get back to me in 48hours now 48hours are up no email and phoned red funnel not changed cant get any response from you as cant find anywhere to email you back phones are closed.the road is closed m27main road booking is for 9am dont think I will get there in time.passed off is an understatement.ref.DFP13913****

Frustration

Whilst trying to book or find a route from the UK to Norway, i had great difficulty! Just being able to reach out to a company rep for a little more help with a route less travelled. Would of been a grest help

Contact issues after trying to find a route

As an atheist when younger, my journey to find God was easier than getting in touch with Direct Ferries, as when it comes to misleading names this is the pinnacle!

Refund

This company took funds for ferry crossings that were not available. Stating technical issue. Still no refund. Will be starting legal action against them and have contacted reporter for major news outlet highlighting the fraudulent activity this company seem to be practising.

Booking still not confirmed

We have a voucher that can only be redeemed by contacting direct ferries. No phone, email is automatic. We wish to go from Cadiz-Arricife on 14th December 2021. Our problem is we travel from uk, so have booked our brittany ferry, with brittany ferries. I take a dog quite a lot of paperwork for this, as we are now out of the EU. Can you please help.
