Where do I start, I was tasked with obtaining mailers for my real estate company. My boss had done business with this company previously. The original order previous arrived 2 weeks late and with several spelling errors even though we had sent in corrections with the proof. Due to the economy we decided to try again. Not because of competence or quality but because of availability to handle the order, other companies seem to be much busier, for obvious reasons now. First off getting through to them is nearly impossible; I think only one person actually works there and she doesn't really know whats going on, we were always being put on hold to find out the simplest information like are you sending the proof, have you received the corrections, when is the order going to ship?. The proof was full of errors. The turn around time after the corrections (9 phone calls and 4 emails)was ridiculous. We spoke to the "owner" Eileen or Aylin, and she could never speak clearly or provide accurate information. She always sounded as if we just woken her up and was exasperated because we were asking questions. In conclusion we would not recommend this company because of their lackadaisical business model and general incompetence. The order by the way was late again and had multiple errors.
