Directchecksunlimited kept my money
Its been 5 weeks and I still do not have my checks even though they cashed my check ! Their so called Customer service said' Checks were sent back and destroyed' Why ?
Then they left me on hold for 15 minutes..hoping I would give up . Well NO way. I will report them to my credit card CO , Google and to Illinois atty general . This is first and last time I will use www.Directchecksunlimited.
Its very clear that they do not care about their customers.
I will get my refund and will report them to proper authorities.
