Bad product, company won't respond to complaints

Dire Wolf Digital is Pokémon Trading Card Game Online's developer. For YEARS players have been complaining about several issues they encounter when playing the game. Many people, myself included, tried to reach out to them but they never acknowledged our complaints. The software is slow and uses an incredible amount of RAM even when it's run in modern computers, causing them to overheat. We need our voices heard because we spend real money on cards to get the codes to play online. Thank you.

User's recommendation: Boycott PTCGO until they fix it.
