Terrible customer service & there lack of communication & detail to returns items the owner will blow you off & when you call he’ll’ hang up instead of hearing the customer out!!!

Returned a core on an 88 Corvette glass top after getting charged a 200.00 core fee, spent 101.00 to ship the core back for him to tell me the core wasnt any good! No paperwork instructing guidelines on what to look for before sending the core back , send a picture etc to the owner. Then upon demanding that in that case send my core back to find out it was thrown in a dumpster & now Im out 300.00!!!

Ripped Off / Avoid At All Costs

I purchased 2 wiper arms for my 1996 Corvette from Dinos in Picayune, MS. I spoke with Dino to be sure we had the right parts. Order # 44249 paid by Amex and shipped. The parts arrived on a Wednesday afternoon. The very next day, Thursday, my Corvette was smashed in a parking lot by a texting driver severally damaging the drivers side at the tire including the windshield. I notified Dinos immediately asking to return the parts for a refund due to the accident. He refused citing a policy of no returns. He did not mention this policy during our order conversation. Dino said it is the website, which hidden in all the fine print and never read. I asked again and was turned down. Now, I am out $112.98. Dinos is a heartless, dishonest, slimy business owner with no regard for peoples circumstance. The policy can be amended as needed if he had any kind of a soul. Do not do business with Dinos Corvette Salvage in Picayune, MS.

I don't know what this guy is talking about but I've had nothing but the best dealings with Dino's Corvette Salvage in Picayune, MS. Honest, straightforward forward and he always delivers my parts on time.
If someone wrecked into your car then you can't blame another company that obviously has a no-refund exchange-only policy in place.
This guy sounds like a whiner and complainer in life because he couldn't get his way. The nerve of some people!
