Sent emails and messages and no body gets back to you. Disappointing is not the word

Sent loads of messages and no none getting in touch. Got a Brayford its never been used for heat only for lights been on and this weekend came to use it and doesnt work. Not happy at all.

I renovated my home with all brand, new drywall and paint but new electric heaters put them on and with the heat that goes up its left black marks on the wall that cannot be scrubbed off not happy with product.

no longer works. I called the retailer I bought it from and he wanted me to remove it from the built-in wall and bring him the fireplace.

I am 67 years old and my husband is 81 and in a wheelchair! He said he had no one to service it! I was referred to the service company Dimplex offers in the Orlando Florida market and NO BODY SERVICES DIMPLEX!!! I AM SO FRUSTRATED.

IT'S FALL AGAIN AND I'D LIKE THE FIREPLACE FIXED. SOME ONE SENT ME A SERVICE MANUAL! AGAIN!!!

YOU WANT ME TO TAKE APART THE FIREPLACE? Now I have a focal point that does not work and nobody seems to care!

The flicker stopped working and I've been trying to get someone to service it! The retailer Amish Direct/Oak Wood wants me to remove it from the built in wall and transport it to his store!

It is blowing out hot air when I believe it is shut off and the lights dont go on on the broken ice cubes which is supposed to look like the fire is going and it doesnt work at all in any color doesnt even go on

I contacted Dimplex on Wednesday the Dec 7th re my fire - there was a blown fuse in my fuse box. When the box was put right - fire Disney work at all. Checked plug, fuse, batteries etc but no success.

I contacted Dimplex who said they would respond in 3 to 5 days. Two weeks on I have heard nothing!!

Cannot get through to speak to them except on e mail!

No heat with my electric fireplace. Would like help repairing it or returning it.

In order to return it online message says for us to take it to UPS. It weighs in excess of 200lbs.

We are both over 75 and do not have a box to put it in if we were able to take it apart or lift any of it to take it to UPS. The heater doesn't work. It worked one time when we first got it and hasn't since.

We paid premium price for this and sure would appreciate some help from your company with this problem. The fireplace is beautiful and what we wanted but would like the heater to work.

Dimplex North America does not stand behind their warranty

It's been one month since this post and still have not heard from Dimplex in response to my email inquiries.

Purchased in January 2012. Worked for an unseasonably mild midwest winter till around May.

This year, plugged it in and fired it up this November, the heating element and fan ran for one minute and stopped working. Still under warranty, I tried calling customer service on my lunch hour three separate days. Waited over 20 minutes and the system indicated I was moving up in the wait list at the rate of one position about every three minutes.. Each of the three times I called interesting that I was number 23 in the *** ..

Anyway(?) That's over a one hour wait time. I also used their website and contacted their tech, operations and customer service teams (again, three separate times). Dimplex North America does not provide acceptable customer service to honor their warranty!! Not a single response back, not one.

I told them I was going to spread the word, they have not bothered to attempt any correction. Well, off to the most popular online customer complaint websites, and finally BBB!
