Failed redemption rip off
- - Withdrawals claimed to be instant fail after a 1400 win.
- - Used Apple Pay; tried smaller and larger withdrawals for a week with no success.
This is supposed to be an instant withdrawal. I have been going back and forth for the last week.
I won 1400 every single time. I've tried to do a withdrawal on. It comes back as failed. Don't even bother, this place is horrible.
I've tried doing smaller amounts, larger amounts. There's no reason that this should be having any issues.
It's not a matter of a credit card issue. I used Apple Pay.

Did not honor their cashout
- - I won $200; $100 was claimed as redeemed, the other $100 wasn't processed.
- - Redemption disappeared after I asked; they promise instant redemption.
I won 200$, cash out and they said they redeemed 100 of it hoping I'd spend it. and the 100 that supposedly was redeemed never went through and when I contacted them about, the redemption magically disappeared from their website.
