Yo envié una comida para dos personas por el día de los padres el día 17 y todavía no ha llegado , es una falta de respeto

What happens is I send the package since last Thursday and still they didn't gotten an they don't gave me an explanation if is 7 day an I understand 5hat the products is in cuba why the delay 5oday is Sunday they call last week to verify the address but I don't have the order yet
