Redeem my 5,614 points
No one at either store could tell me how to redeem my 5614 points. I called your customer service number and when I finally got through to a live person, she hung up on me. I want to get gift cards for my points, not use them for gas.

you cant use points for gift cards. you have two options to use your points.
you can use them for $$ off gas you can use them for $$ off your groceries like a coupon. its a nice reward for just buying your usual groceries.
you make your choice under the app. under rewards or points.
