I love the Dillard House! SO do all my friends.

I have been to the Dillard House about 10 times in the last four years. Every single time I have been I was more than pleased. I recommend it to people who later tell me how much they enjoyed it. I have also stayed there at the hotel. Everything there is wonderful. To the lady that complained about undercooked food, YES THAT WAS A SMOKE RING. They smoke most of their meat. The ham that was like leather was country ham.... It is supposed to be tough.... I bet you are from the north....To the guy that got bad service You should have spoken to management....
