I have complained about my doctors Dr. Wahahat khan he refused me to giving not to work I was explain about my health I have Covid-19s positive 9 July 2022,myself still not feeling well coughing,headache and I am confused Sometimes cant hold urinate I need help otherwise I gonna loostmy job.Thanks Sent from my iPhone

Issue with service dog

Denial of access of service dog. Unsat admitting process and abusive staff. Hospital has no easy path for customer to address issues.

User's recommendation: Dignity Health has not dignity. Run don’t walk to go somewhere else.

Proper counseling of individuals involved and better dissemination of policy regarding service dogs

In office covid exposure, incompetent staff. Failure to warn incoming patients of correct protocol. Improper signage on door staff not following correct phone protocol .

Humiliating nursing care by Jeanne Kovarik R.N.

Still had some anesthesia onboard, but was awake enough to hear Jeanne Kovarik R.N. say very loudly, "Hey you guys, come here, and look at these feet!" She obviously thought I was deeply asleep. She would probably still think this is funny, but it was anything, but funny to me.

User's recommendation: Avoid this R.N., and the facility she works in.
