Resolved: Because after weeks of trying to resolve the issue through other means, nothing worked.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Kept after the tech rep.
Cannot locate any Digitrax material to resolve my issue using their hardware exclusively. There is no third party equipment here at all yet Digitrax refused to assist.
