To inquire about(3)three movies series allegedly produced/released by digital playground.
I'am trying to find and buy(not monthly rent)the following movies listed...crowns of fury,crooked crown,star wars:one sith xxx parody.Please understand I saw the movies I'am addressing on the digital playground website and tried to purchase them without success.Now I'am writing this message to digital playground customer service in the hopes that you will know of the movies of whether they exist and can or are available to purchase and be owned. Can you please,or will you please respond to this message/inquiry concerning this matter?Please!?

I have been subscribed to the Digital Playground website for 3 months now and have been tricked into purchasing what they call 'Add-Ons' which are highly overpriced mini studios. For example, they have an ad that is pre-checked so that if you just log in, you are charged for the 'Add-on'.
I called their 'customer service' and the guy started yelling at me and then hung up while I was talking.
They won't refund your money for things you did not purchase. Don't subscribe to it, there are so many better *** sites.

SupporterOver charged
They charged me $32.90 when it said $3.99 multiple times. They charged $2 when they said $1.
Plus, I have random $5-$20 charges that I have no clue where they came from. Then, calling or live chatting with anyone takes 45 minutes of sitting on hold just to speak to someone you cannot understand, who tells you that they can give you a free month and they don't do refunds.

They auto select mini subscriptions for you and if you don't unselect them before logging in they charge you, won't refund you and basically just sneak in any charges they can.

I have now purchased two copies of the 1st pirates movie and one copy of the 2nd pirates movie. I can't get any of them to play in my DVD player.
They stop on the "FBI WARNING" page and wont let us do anything else. Is there an issue with the movies? I find it odd that 3 different ones now have given us the same issue.
I messaged Digital Playground about this and 3 days later I received a message that "they choose to not read/accept the message" REALLY?!?!
All I wanted to know was if there was an issue and if there was anything that could be done. I guess "good" customer service really is dead!
