Aggressive, dishonest and bullying

Tom Litchfield is the apparent CEO of Idea Incubator, part of Digital Marketer run by Ryan Deiss in Austin, Texas. Digital Marketer is known for being aggressive , overpromising and under delivering. This guy is their bull, who will yell and scream for them. This organization is badly run, does not pay its bills and has some shady practices. It also hires innocent young people fresh out of college who are afraid when they discover how the business is really run and eventually quit, avoiding arguments and threats with this guy and other people at this company. Tom Litchfield makes threats constantly. That is how he keeps people in line and how he markets this company too. He is a big bully. This organization should be investigated and this guy held accountable.
