I ordered a printer and paid an additional $19.00 dollars for a speedy 2 day shipping. That's exactly what I needed. I was then told that the item was not in stock and I would have to wait about 2.

It's about my refund. I paid an additional fee to get my item shipped in 2 days. I was then told it was out of stock and that I would have to wait 2 weeks. I asked for a refund and was told that it would take 5 business days fir a refund. I need the refund immediately so that I can get the printer in a couple of days

Digital Supply offers the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. It has been almost a year of countless contacts and the issue is still not resolved!

I ordered an item and never received it. After months of effort on my part, they finally sent the item, which was the wrong item. I returned it for a refund, which has not come through after months of waiting. I have left countless messages and sent numerous emails, and the company never responds.

User's recommendation: Don’t order from Digital Supply USA.

Not an honorable company - cheated on refund of defective merchandise

I ordered a new Samsung screen. It didn't work, and I sent it back with an RMA, insured thru the USPS, and well wrapped. Since they took so long to send the RMA, I checked them out on line and saw they had F ratings everywhere. I marked the screen unobtrusively so I could identify it later. They claimed it was broken physically when they received it. Now they will neither return the old screen so I can claim it or will they respond to my emails. No numbers are listed on their website, but one I was able to obtain is an answering device and they will not call back. I have complained to the FTC, the credit card company, the Attorney general, the post office and various complaint sites to warn people off.
