Health Central USA.com. is showing to be the ones that cashed my check through my checking account.
The delivery was out of Dallas Texas. When I Googled DR.B*** the website showed different toothpaste I picked one I ordered it and it never came.
Initially they sent me either a text or an email confirming the order but I can't find it on my phone at all it's like it's just gone and I've never heard a word from him since. So I'm out $19.48 which really stinks.
You're online staff wants me to give them my credit card and pay more money for them to get to the bottom of the problem are you kidding me you think I'm going to put my information down again I'm already out $20 and you don't have a direct phone that I can talk to a person. I would really appreciate a call back 805-459-**** and get some real customer service no one likes to be taken advantage of and out money from something they've ordered. Thank you

On June 26, 2023, I ordered three bottles of country life bio rotten complex 90 tablets per bottle. They refunded that money $69.23, they said it was an $69.23, they said it was out of stock and would be back in stock on July 17, and I re-ordered four bottles of country and I re-ordered four bottles of country life bio retina complex 90 tablets per bottle, as was told to re-order it, A total of $83.96 plus they are charging me $39.98 shipping.
I had received an email saying anything over $40 was free shipping. My problem is I want my order.
Or I want the full amount of $123.94 refunded back to my credit card. Very pissed off customer

I never got a return call.
It has been five days since I left the message. It's a shell and scam "company." Smh

It was on EBay. I used a credit card and it was $21.10. I did get a confirmation email and they took my money.
The product was never shipped to me. Wanted to charge me a fee to speak with someone about it.

It's a ripoff.

I was then told it was out of stock and that I would have to wait 2 weeks.
I asked for a refund and was told that it would take 5 business days fir a refund. I need the refund immediately so that I can get the printer in a couple of days

Digital Supply offers the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. It has been almost a year of countless contacts and the issue is still not resolved!
I ordered an item and never received it. After months of effort on my part, they finally sent the item, which was the wrong item.
I returned it for a refund, which has not come through after months of waiting. I have left countless messages and sent numerous emails, and the company never responds.

Verified ReviewerNot an honorable company - cheated on refund of defective merchandise
I ordered a new Samsung screen. It didn't work, and I sent it back with an RMA, insured thru the USPS, and well wrapped.
Since they took so long to send the RMA, I checked them out on line and saw they had F ratings everywhere. I marked the screen unobtrusively so I could identify it later. They claimed it was broken physically when they received it. Now they will neither return the old screen so I can claim it or will they respond to my emails.
No numbers are listed on their website, but one I was able to obtain is an answering device and they will not call back. I have complained to the FTC, the credit card company, the Attorney general, the post office and various complaint sites to warn people off.
