I had recently purchased a computer from Digital storm custom computers. First of all it took atleast a month to arrive to my house because for some reason they had not sent the proper paperwork to clear it through customs. After I had gotten the computer everything was fine for atleast a week or so.
After a week the graphics card started having problems and freezing while playing video games. I opened the computer up to see if anything was wrong and then after that it would not boot at all, I had not touched anything and it just stopped working.
I had received a RMA and sent it back, they said they would not refund the shipping (It was 600$ and I paid 50$ to ship it back) So with that they also lied about having no tax, they just wrote it off as shipping fees so the scammers wouldn't have to give it back if anything went wrong.
Then after a few weeks they get it and claimed the computer was damaged during shipping, it had literally looked like they took a hammer to the insides of it. The suspicious part was the inside of the computer was totally wrecked yet the box it was shipped in was completely fine, it was also wrapped in a lot of bubble wrap and packing paper.
Now they are claiming that they are taking even more off the refund because of repair fees. When I bought the computer I didn't know I was getting the equivalent of alienware hardware and customer service.
I hope they get what's coming to them.
