Back Led screen does not work and leds don’t come on only strobe

I was contacting because myDigiPower #GoViral RGB LED Light Panel, 276LED back screen doesnt not work I cant read and anything and light does not come on at all

User's recommendation: Customer service is terrible.

THIS STATEMENT IS FALSE, THE SMARTPHONE MOUNTS ARE STORED IN THE LEGS OF THE TRIPOD, IF YOU OPEN THE TRIPOD LEGS YOU WILL FIND THEM. NEXT TIME YOU SHOULD CHECK YOUR ITEM THOUROUGHLY BEFORE POSTING FALSE REVIEWS.

I purchased a DigiPower battery for $59.99 (and charger)from Best Buy for my camcorder. After opening the battery pack and determining that something was wrong - the battery would not work in the camera - I went to Best Buy and they said there is no manufacturer's warranty and the store could not give any warranty. I went Battery Plus who also said the battery was faulty - but could not help me - except with a new, different battery. I attempted to contact Digipower to resolve this problem -- but SURPRISE! Digipower is a company listed in India and there is no way t o contact them except to make an international call. Their website does not work - you can't provide feedback, you can't ask a question, yioui can't report a problem. Why do we import products from a company who will not resolve manufacture issues? I have a bad battery tht cost me $59.99. I'm VERY unhappy!
