Digicircle breaks ebay's selling practices
The internet is powerful, we can show these businesses that we are serious about service, we do have a choice, digicircle understands this and assures me that they care deeply about their customers and would in no way do anything to endanger that relationship.This issue has been resolved.
Talked to the owner and he apologized profusely for his mistake. He assured me that he simply made an oversight and would do everything in his power to fix this issue, we\'ll see!
I just tried to do a little research on this company that is a Power seller on e-bay- they are Digicircle.com and they actually sold me a computer that that knew they didn't have in their inventory. Why might they do such a thing.
Well it is possible that they actually ran out of stock by accident, but more likely is that they are running multiple auctions on the same item at one time, and they then sell to the highest bidder and screw the rest. I wouldn't buy anything from Digicircle. buyer beware these guys are scammers for sure.
After a few days they tried to sell me insurance on the computer that they couldn't sell me, and the insurance automatically renewed itself every two years, if I wasn't savvy enough to hit cancel I would have been billed to eternity for some insurance on a computer that I never received, pretty clever little trick. Digicircle is evil!

I am a Digicircle customer have been for years. I have bought cell phones, computers, and TV's from them. I will admit their selling process may not be 100% and sometimes they can't find my item, but their customer service is awesome and they always have treated me fairly.
They are NOT scammers, a scammer will not allow you to walk into their store and talk to the owner face to face when you have a problem.
Before ranting about a company give them a chance to make it right. You want to see a scammer company try dealing with those online penny auction companies, which is the reason I am here to begin with.
As far as Digicircle, I do not agree with your review.
