I ordered a product back in March it is now may 8 and still havent received it trying to get a hold of these people is impossible sent customer service now on my tenth email only answered me once told me it shipped got message saying label was created sent to fedex then nothing no update by fedex or nothing it hasnt moved since customer service keeps giving me the run around they are no help at all this was supposed to be a Mothers Day gift I can forget that this is the worst buying experience I ever had stay away from this store still no package or refund

Ordered an old mac pro it was ok for a week then overheats and screen shuts down after an hour way too late to return.
2. i ordered a back up camera never worked contacted them sent an email with no return shipping label as they said they included in email so i contacted them again refused to refund my money STAY AWAY DO NOT DO NOT BUY from them!!!

Products worse than refurbed - stay away!
Ordered Wireless Airbuds [no brand name...unless that *is* the brand name], which took 4 weeks - 4 WEEKS!!! - to arrive.
When they did, the instructions were in very poor & vague english. Following my best interpretation of instructions, and after a full charge, they indicated to have connected to my device via bluetooth, but couldn't give a typical & enjoyable user experience.
Could not connect to Mac, and Windows connected one time for 10 seconds.
Digg store claims to have a "all sales are final" policy, and it's clear why: they're trying to fence knowingly defective products. I have had refurbished products fail after some time, and every other company has a reasonable path to resolution; not so with Digg Store!
Make new friends just so you can warn them about Digg Store!

TOTAL Incompetence !
DO NOT WASTE your money with this site. NOT only did they not sent me a WORKING redemption code for the Training bundle that I purchased then would not give me a refund other than STORE credit.
SO I tried to get the bundle again as I thought that they could not mess up a second time on a code.
I WAS WRONG! Now I have a code that is NOT valid as the deal was removed from the third party that is was from and DIGG store was STILL advertising it as a TODAYS deal.
Expect to be VERY disappointed with this site and no expect to get your money back if your product if broken.

I placed the order on 11/25/2017. It was to arrive by 12/12 at the latest.
This was a Christmas gift. I received a few emails saying it was pushed but would get there by December 24th. It never showed up. I tried to cancel but the “Support Heros” wouldn’t cancel the order although I asked 3-4 times after December 24th.
Finally, it arrived around January 13th.
It’s of no use to me now and I haven’t even taken it out of the box. My further attempt to return it is also failing.
They suck - totally incompetent
They sent me a 15% off coupon, if I ordered some earbuds. As I went thru the ordering process, I kept waiting for the box to appear, to enter the code.
It never did. Suddenly I was told my order was submitted. I immediately emailed the Digg Store to make sure I got the 15%, but they responded all they could do was give me a credit for that amount on my next order. I wrote back, "In that case, cancel my order." Keep in mind, this is all the same day as the order, which has not been shipped (from a separate vendor, as it turns out) yet.
I again instructed them to cancel my order and not ship it. They shipped it 2 days later, ignoring my instructions. I asked for a return voucher. Ignored.
Got a customer survey and lambasted their incompetence. They promised to look into it. Nothing.
I complained to my credit card company, and the Digg Store merely said "All sales are final." In other words, once they get your credit card info, you're out of luck, Sucker! I would never use them again.

Resolved: Digg Store rip off
After seeing the negative media on this, Digg emailed me and made things right.
1. On February 21, 2017, we ordered 100% Bamboo Fiber Queen-size sheets from The Digg Store (digg.com) 2.
On March 1st, they send us 100% polyester sheets. In Full size. No bamboo in them, and the completely wrong size. 4.
We immediately wrote them, explaining that we'd ordered bamboo-fiber sheets in queen size, and received polyester in Full size. 3.
A week later, March 7th, we received an email from Digg's "support hero" Emily Roberts, stating, "I would love to accommodate your request, but all our sales are final." We've repeatedly tried to reach them to get them to respond further to our ripoff, but their Support Heroes haven't gotten back to us. Digg Store sent a) the wrong item, and b) lied about the item.

First Impression
My first impression of the Digg store was that of professionalism and it seemed that they really cared about their patrons. I did not do bussiness with the store but I surely will in the future if it is at all possible.
I simply browsed about checking their wares. I only found honesty and integrity during my breif browse. Seems like alot for a breif browse but I just got a feeling that this was not your ordinary web store there was something different. Something that I just couldn't put my finger on.
Couldn't quite figure out.
But I'm sure in time I'll come to some conclusion. Plus they had some really cool flashlights.
