Recently purchased diesel scanner tool and still under warranty but now they want more money instead of honoring the warranty!

I have contacted everyone I possibly could. This company has the worst customer service by far. I can't get anyone to address situation they lie stating thr person I spoke with last has never worked fir the company but I called the same number .

We recently purchased a diesel scanner from this company that was supposed to be dealer level for both on and off road vehicles and equipment, it was supposed to do anything the dealer can do. Immediately we realized that we might have screwed up but gave them the benefit of the doubt.

The manual for laptop was hand written instruction that was 1 page with very little information but included a text only number for help. That number is only answered Monday-Friday and thats if you are lucky enough to get a response. Right away we take a in a Ford diesel and we had to get them to download the program it took over 48 hours which is complete b.s. its supposed to be dealer level and not as you go.

Fine we do this but as we go we realize that we dont have access to hardly anythings on this dealer level laptop. We dont own it a year and we are hooked up to a freightliner and it shut off,we assume that the battery is dead. We try to charge it, but when plugged into charge the charging indicator light comes on but is quick to turn back off and it will not charge or turn on. We have a 2 year warranty so we call of course they ignore us, as soon as we hit them up like we want to purchase one using someone elses contact information they are very responsive so we ask all the questions we need to about the warranty and them replacing it at no cost to us within the first 2 years same as when we made the purchase they were trying to sell us on something they werent going to uphold so we let them know that we had an issue and who we were we got told to contact tech support thru the text only number which we did and have been ignored thru most of our attempts to contact them.

The only time we have spoke to anyone was a lady who said text the number and then some guy who claimed I had not been trying to contact them because no ladies worked for them but I was not the only one on that phone call and they just point blank lied because immediately I looked at the phone and Informed them of the date of speaking with the lady and that I had simply went back in my call logs and called them from the same number. We havent heard anything from them they were supposed to be contacting us back but have never bothered the only time we can connect with them is when we use a random phone number and random information to do so thru the sales department which Is ridiculous and I believe they should uphold their promise they made I have emails screenshots and proof of the warranty I have the computer and would send it back once I receive a real dealer level diesel scanner like the one we paid thousands of dollars for and got one that didnt even have the Ford program on it. I feel like they should at minimum do that since I am seeing on their website how thats what they are really sending out to customers now. I feel like if they cant do that I deserve every penny they stole by lying about what I would be receiving to be paid back immediately in full.

This is a perfect example of obtaining money by bogus means. I believe that is illegal.

Preferred solution: I want what we paid for or I want a full refund. It’s illegal to tell me I’m purchasing a dealer level scanner and get a scanner they have to program as I go and a lot of the programs we never had access to because we can’t contact anyone.
