Have had this for about 4 months, still not working the it should. Was told today by tech support that some uploads are not compatible with the ipad. So far been a big waste of money.

They sell you a product that is suppose to cut 12"x12" and it wont cut more than 9 "x6" biggest piece of junk and over priced with no customer support and you can't return the junk either

I had my Cricut for 2 years and after talking to customer service they told me that i will have to buy a new one because the port maybe bad. I should have known better than paying $250 for something without a warranty. They are full of it they know that the machines don't last so they only have 1 year warranties.

Cricut made me lose out on business because I couldn’t meet certain deadlines due to issues with design space. This is the absolute worst program I have ever used!
I was just in the middle of another project and once again design space is not working properly. I will be here for days listing all the issues I have with this system. I will be looking to purchase another cutting machine with a better reliable design app. And I’m seriously considering making “Cricut *** SUCKS” tees!
If you are trying to start a business, DO NOT USE CRICUT! I wish someone would have warned me!

I have been in contact with them for several weeks now about the Explorer Air 2 machine. No power. They told me they had no replacement power cords in stock to see if that was the issue, so I had to purchase my own off brand from Amazon. $20 later, I get the cord and...
Cricut will not cut.

I've had my Cricut for less than a month and it will not cut. I tried to trouble shoot the issue for 3 days.
I ended up calling support only to be on the phone for 2 hours straight, trying everything that they asked (sent a video as well), only to get nothing resolved. I called again today and they said I needed send another video. I told them they needed to have support call me with a resolution.
She said it would take 2 to 3 days. Not happy.

Bought the machine for my wife to cut out prints etc - for her themed cakes. The machine is so hit and miss that you are lucky to get a half acceptable set of prints cut in maybe 1 out of 5 sheets. Overall rating - "absolute bag of spanners!" Software is web based and so badly designed that it is completely impractical to the serious user. Get the impression that customer service actually don't know the first thing about their workings of their product. Standard responses always centre around 're-calibrate' or 'try a different browser'.
