Received gift and decided to exchange,when i walked n talked to staff about doing non receipt exchange due to it being a gift was told there would be no problem she also scanned the items and gave me prices 4 exchange. when I return to store later in the day to do the exchange [was using for school cloths for my son,went to pick him up]give staff my bag when I walked in ,told them was doing an exchange when I came back to register was told the amount I didn't question the amount cause i was being helped by manger .after leveing i looked at receipt and noticed that one of the item were not credited on recipt. Returned to store and after speaking with same person who did return she proceeded to tell me some how i was wrong i said i didnt want to return them and that i took them with me ,im 32 and have never haad an other adult look me in the eye and bold face lie cause non of what she said happened .i dont care bout the item ,money or being compensated i just would like to know that something is said or done about employee practices at this business.

Hello. My name is Jimmy Madrigal and I recently purchased something from your Domain location in Austin, TX on 8/10/19. This was my first every purchase at a *** and probably my last.
The gentleman in the shoe department made an e-commerce transaction for me since the item I desired was not available in the store. Gentleman order the item and I received an email confirmation. The expected date of arrival was 8/15/19 since it was shipped on 8/11/19. The gentleman did make a mistake on my email address and physical address. He didn’t allow me to verify anything. Smh. He was wanting to quickly let me go to assist the next client. Is *** commission base?
The email that I received stated that my credit card account WOULDN'T be billed until it was shipped. Lie #1. My account was been debited the same day the item was ordered. According to the customer service representative Patrick the item I purchased was shipped on 8/11/19. Lie #2. He mentioned that an error had occurred. No communication was ever made to connect with me via phone or emailEmail was wrong so how could I get any updates. What’s more alarming was if I didn’t call today I would be still waiting for something that hasn’t been picked and shipped
Since I DIDN'T received my package on the day it was supposed to be delivered I called the 1800 customer service number. That’s when I was “assisted” by Patrick.
Patrick clearly was not customer service oriented. I called on 8/15/19 at 5:47 central time. Patrick was not empathetic of my situation and kept reading to me my order with providing no solution. To the point that he wanted to refund for my order as an easy alternative. I asked that I still want what I had ordered and to reorder it again. The one thing he NEVER did was apologize for the mishap. Not once. He had a monotone voice and seem bother because I called on a status for my order. He would probably need more training on customer service and how to handle situations over the phone. I can’t stress enough how unhelpful he was. Patrick needs to be coached.
I would like my order to be sent to me soon since you have taken my money for it.
I would like someone to contact me as soon as possible.

I went in to *** sporting goods in maple grove mn bought some fishing line braided one of the most expensive after the kid that was trying to sell me it did his job and made a sale he then said he could wind it on for free which I was very happy with that he could do that only problem is it seem like he didn't know what he was doing he wounded up and got tangled a few times at one point even the piece that he was holding my reel line holder with came off complained about it they said they would replace it but they never did I do have the email receipt that was sent to my phone just looking for the compensation back on what happened with my line after it all came off Tangled and I left the explain that to them and they said they would replace it my phone is 612 306 ****
