I want to register to buy yungblud tickets tomorrow but no matter what device i use i am not getting my 4 digit code. I tried on android phone and Windows laptop. I am from malta and the evebt is in london so i am using an international number.

Good afternoon,

It has been almost a month with no response or acknowledgement from you, despite me sending countless emails.

I am looking to claim back a refund that I am due, I have summarised what has happened below:

Originally, I reached out to Dice Support because I had purchased tickets for an event on Thursday 11th July, this was then rescheduled to Wednesday 23rd October.

We were unable to make the rescheduled date and I informed you of this.

Sonny from your Fan Support informed me of the following: We do not see any information about a rescheduling/cancellation/lineup change for this event on our end. Would you kindly let us know where you saw this announcement and send us a screenshot of it if you believe this event has changed and we can look into this further?

I find it incredibly hard to believe your team were not aware that this event was rescheduled.

However, I responded immediately to show you the proof that indeed the event was cancelled and rearranged. I have attached the proof at the bottom of this email for your convenience.

I have not heard back from Sonny or anyone from Dice since providing the relevant supporting evidence.

I am seeking a full refund request and additional compensation.

It is in your interest to respond to me and I would like this case #234**** to be escalated immediately to management.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Can't access my accounts

They did not respond to my query on change of surname on my account.

They replied back shortly after asking for my personal details ie.

Name

Address

DOB

Which I gave out.

Kept checking on if the change was made.

But no change

So decided to delete account and recreate account.

But system would not allow ask to contact admin or something.

So submitted a query again but still no-reply other then an automated ticket number.

Having trouble finding phone numbers. Very hard to just call and speak to any Dice customer care team but, I guess they may well have a good reason for being so clandestine with the application of uk citizen's calling etc.
