Diamond Moving &;;;;;;;; Storage CO Inc 27529 Marta Ln Canyon Country, CA 91387 USA Never use the service of this company, they have stolen all my valuables, delivered some items /boxes that were opened and broken .. see pictures .. requested additional funds in cash to rent a truck to delivered what I thought all of my goods, demanded cash in advance prior to delivering what was left of my items .. when I refused they said " you pay now or you pay later, you will still pay or we would not deliver my items .. Once items were delivered I discovered lots of missing items were not included,.. I have called Julie Sales Dept 323-289-**** Gal Trafficking Dept 818-697-**** ... I never seen such dishonest people not returning calls pertaining they are at times Management and at times just workers.. I filed a report with see below Thank you for your submission to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administrations (FMCSA) National Consumer Complaint Database (NCCDB). Your complaint indicated you believe the company handled your shipment in an improper manner. We appreciate you notifying us about your concerns regarding the operations of this company. With your authorization, we notified the motor carrier/company of your dissatisfaction with the service provided. We have asked company officials to make an effort to resolve your complaint. Your complaint number is 10015****. Please refer to this number when submitting additional information or checking on the status of your complaint. It sad they stole my personal valuables that I collected for years
