Overpaid and need to get my money back and cancel the order

I need to get my money back and cancel the last transaction that is pending of 2 hundred and something dollars ; I called them before and they hang out on my 4 times , last time there was a machine saying they were specting a high volume of callers and said good bye to me , so I want my money back to my account and cancel that transaction. Please.
