Impossible to contact

They have me into a nightmare, never answer my multiple emails and even more impossible by phone. Placed an order for more than $400 and needed help changing the delivery address because Im moving out of state and NOTHING happened. Was a loyal costumer for more than 10 years and I will never go again with them.

Same thing what happen to me. I Ordered 2 different sizes for Mistery box and they only sned me one!

I been waiting for 8 weeks now! No response on my Emails!

They aren't shipping people's orders it's been 5 months they stopped responding to people but keep taking orders. it's fraud.

I ask if the could send me a small instead of medium and the answered saying small was out of stock would I like to cancel. I said no since medium was also now almost out of stock.

They never replied to me saying no and canceled my order and now medium is also out of stock. They have the worst customer service and response time.

Shipping issue

I placed an order on 6/23, it is currently 8/8, I have yet to be updated about my shipping. I havent been able to get ahold of the company by email, which is apparently their only way of communication.

When I called the store, I was told to email them. I havent received a response despite sending about 7 emails over this span.

Extremely terrible customer service, the only way Ive been able to get anything done is through the BBB. Do not recommend.
