Stole 1,700 dollars from me after I won fair and square
They confiscated my winnings during redemption! I Had to threaten to sue them.
I am having a terrible time with online casino Diamond Reels which I just won $1, 720. 00 on 7/11/24 and they are confiscating my winnings because under there terms and conditions of a promotion LUXE85 they say I was using a promotional code sent to my email which they said you could not bet more than 10 dollar bet under this promotion. Supposedly I bet 12 dollars on 9 bets which on this betting amount I didn't win. But they said it was listed in there terms and conditions.
That was not listed in my email sent by them. And I was unable to click on the terms of this promotion which did not even work. This was a total scam which I asked for the terms and conditions they were referring to which took days for them to. Send me which doesn't even look real.

And Secondly I asked if you can't bet more than 10 dollars why the *** does the game let you place this bet . This was a setup from the beginning been arguing with them for days many numerous complaints about Diamond Reels experienced similar problems with other people being robbed of huge winnings THOUSANDS on a made up technicality. I will be following up with a extensive report on them and my experience. THESE COMPANIES NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN THIS IS OUTRIGHT RIGHT STEALING!!!
I NOTICE HOW MOST ARE UNLICENSED AND THEY OPERATE IN OTHER COUNTRIES TO SUBVERT THE LAW. BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS, EUROPE, ETC.
THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE US UNLESS THEY FOLLOW OUR LAWS. WE HAVE NO RECOURSE FOR THIS CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR AND IT'S GOING ON EVERYDAY
