Misleading Purchase
- - Purchased a 'lab-created' diamond that was CZ.
- - Size 7.75 ordered, received 6.25; sized at $120.
- - Refund minus restocking fee; warranty void if sized.
Bought a beautiful "lab-created" diamond, to find it was nothing more than an over priced CZ. I Ordered size 7.75, yet they sent 6.25.
Took it to the jewelers to have sized at 120.00, then contacted them about it. Was told I voided the warranty by doing so and that I should have contacted them. Explained it took over 5 weeks to get my order and didnt want to wait another 5 weeks. They offered to send me a replacement, but after finding it was a CZ, i returned it.
They refunded my money MINUS a restocking fee.
It ended up costing me over 200.00 for a ring I DONT have. They mislead consumers into believing they are lab created when in fact, they are nothing more than very over priced CZ, which the email I received from customer service admitted they WILL turn cloudy in time.
