Absolutely the worst warranty service in the World
My DiamondMM video card went bad, so I opened a trouble ticket online, got an RMA prcocess going, about a week later, they sent an email that they were denying warranty service because there was no serial sticker on my video card. How is that possible?
I looked at another Diamond MM video card, the serial sticker was half-way off the surface due to the *** glue they used to stick it on. I know there was a serial sticker on the video card I had mailed in. They could have looked inside the box and found it. Instead, they decided it was easier, less costly, to deny warranty.
Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a pc component company. I will never buy another DiamondMM product ever again and I strongly advise anyone else to avoid them as well.
