Out of my money and no replacement or credit
Daughter bought me Diamond dot cases and they came broken sent back and was told they didn't get them back so out of money or no replacement or credit

Resolved: My order
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Not entirely solved.
I reached out to BBB as well. I heard back from Diamond Dotz and was told they would send my purchase to me once they receive it back in the mail. They claimed my address was incorrect. I have lived her 4 years now and have autofil.
My apartment number in on 2 lines. It wasn't on the address when they sent my purchase.
Never received my order and never had a reply via my emails. Super disappointed with this business.
While this climate of increasing life expenses, the took my money and have refused to fix the issue.
Buy from their competition. I'm out almost $100 and still I haven't heard back from them.

I am not giving you my credit card. Sounds like a scam!
I asked a question and they want my credit card to answer my question. And they want 100 symbols in this answer or they won't proceed

We purchased a diamond dotz Grizzly swim. One side of the square dotz was fine to stick but then as we continued they are NOT STICKING and you put one down and they move. Paid good money for this and very unsatisfied.
