Consumers are not pleased with Customer service and Diversity of Products or Services. The price level of this organization is low according to consumer reviews.
Horrible product
It is absolutely beautiful once installed, but that is where it ends! It does scratch and dents fairly easy.
It is not heat proof either, so "DO NOT" install next to a stove! Claims are that it is 4 times harder than concrete! Not true.
Ours has been on for about a year and a half now, and still dents, scratches, and stains. Worse money ever spent, and the company refuses to back it up.

Very upset
I love the color and feel of my Diamond Epoxy Coat on my kitchen counters. I dont love the ease in which it is scratched.
I was told it was scratch resistant, well it doesnt resist very hard. 48 sq. Feet of counter top, $1800.00 later and I am seriously considering ripping it out and going with some other type of counter top material. What a waste!
And the contractor who installed it will not return my calls. Color me seriously upset!
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
