Ring reveal

Received a ring reveal for a 100 dollar ring. Typed the code in to the ring reveal panel over 10 days ago and have received no notification on picking out or sizing of the ring.

IT TAKES 2 WEEKS TO GET A DELIVERY EVEN AFTER YOU PAY FOR 3-5 DAY SERVICE. THEY TELL YOU IT IS PROCESSING TIME BUT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THIS BEFORE YOU ORDER IT. IT IS STATED ON THE WEBSITE THAT USUALLY PROCESSING TIME IS ONE DAY I WANTED THIS TO BE A PRESENT. NOW IT IS STILL NOT THERE, SO I AM GOING TO ORDER HER SOMETHING ELSE. I COMPLAINED AND THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT SAY "WE HOPE YOU WILL ORDER AGAIN" LOL..I THINK NOT. I HAVE CHECKED WITH THE POST OFFICE AND THERE IS NOT ANY PROOF THAT IT HAS EVEN BEEN MAILED YET. IT HAS BEEN 6 DAYS SINCE I ORDERED AND PAID FOR IT. THE POST OFFICE JUST HAS A PRESHIPMENT NUMBER. I ASKED FOR A REFUND SINCE IT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN MAILED BUT THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME ONE.
