Waiting a year for Diamond to try and complete my kitchen
It would take me all night to explain the mess you're company has made of this hole ordeal for a year i have been trying to get Diamond to straighten this mess bought them though Lowes and they have not had any luck with Diamond either i need someone from Diamond to contact me because I have enough with this ty

I have an issue with a door?
My pantry door is very warped. I would like to have a new door ? I im sorry I am not pissed customer I just like to have a door replaced.

Broken door on the cabinet
The door just came a part it not even a year old. We just need it fix or replaced please and thank you very much so.

Poor communication with customer. Record keeping seems to be lacking badly.
Can't get a ship/delivery date. Just praying we will hear something soon and they're not just half put together. Any problems to no satisfaction we will be canceling our order and passing our experience on to others.

Lowe's corp. Blaming Diamond cabnets.
For THEIR MISTAKES. I believe Diamond cabnets need to have a spare line set up for when Lowe's screws up an order, so Diamond cabnets don't look so bad . Turn around time is terrible. Pissed and Lowe's don't care , neither does Diamond.

Lack of follow up for customer satisfaction
I have new cabinets that need to be delivered and no one seems to be helping!
One cabinet was missing in my overall cabinet delivery and one was broken at delivery. No clips were included to install glass
Contractor needs to finish job a.s.a.p. As they are scheduled elsewhere.

Missing knobs
We bought 4 bathroom vanities and one of them didnt have the knobs with it so now we have one vanity without door or drawer knobs and no one sells them. We need 6 knobs
