- Bought a Diamond Archery Edge 320; two pro shops can't fix straight flight, rest off-center at a terrible angle; customer service not replying.
Don't buy there products
I bought a new Diamond Archery Edge 320 a month ago. I've had to take it to two different pro shops to see if they could figure out why I can't get straight arrow flight.
They couldn't get it to paper tune for straight flight. The only way to get straight flight is to move the rest way off center shot and at a terrible angle down.
This is unacceptable for a new bow. I've reached out to customer service but haven't gotten any reply back, and I can't reach them on the phone.
- Good price
- Defective product
- Bad customer service
Preferred solution: Price reduction
User's recommendation: Don't buy from diamond archery

- Dead Eye bow blew apart in my face, causing bruising.
- I own two Diamond bows and will not buy again.
- They asked me to pay for repairs after it blew.
My Diamond dead eye blew apart in my face, causing bruising. I have owned two bows from Diamond and will never buy another.
I sent my bow in after it blew apart, and they wanted me to pay for it after what it did.
Furthermore, I told them they can keep the bow. Needless to say, this is the worse customer service I have ever seen, and I guess someone needs to really get hurt before they replace the item or fix it.
- Decent price
- Decent delivery service
- Customer service sucks
- Bow blew up causing bruising
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: I will not ever buy their bows again.
