Failed as advertised

Hard to dial. Never did focus. Flimsy, fell apart. Lens fell out. Package said for long distance though advertised for close up and distance.

Arrived today what a load of cheap Jack rubbish, they do not adjust they are just plastic that is useless DO NOT BUY THESE, you will have been scammed .

Wife is 88 and blind did not help her or myself age 93 wish to send back for refund but where do I send them I

We are seniors who should be in a nursing home but they die there real fast due to poor service etc and etc so we tr,,, these glasses did not help either one of us we have a tough time managing our finances where do I send them back too with their phone number I am in Canada

I just received my order for 2 pairs, unpacked one, tried it's less than desirable quality on which did not offer their advertised clear vision in any focal plane. I did not open the second and would like to immediately return them for their stated money back guarantee. Take note; I am returning the glasses, they do not offer what was advertised for clear vision for me. How and who do I contact for the offered return? I will rate once a response is received. Glasses do not function as advertised

Received glasses today and can see absolutely no difference when adjusted..I should have just shredded the $70 I paid since I see no way to return them and they simply do not work!

The focus adjustment was at the end of its range and the print that I wanted to read was stillout of focus.
