Hard to dial. Never did focus.
Flimsy, fell apart.
Lens fell out. Package said for long distance though advertised for close up and distance.

I just received my order for 2 pairs, unpacked one, tried it's less than desirable quality on which did not offer their advertised clear vision in any focal plane. I did not open the second and would like to immediately return them for their stated money back guarantee.
Take note; I am returning the glasses, they do not offer what was advertised for clear vision for me. How and who do I contact for the offered return?

- - -Glasses arrived in a crushed carton; focus range was insufficient to correct my vision.
- - -No return contact or invoice; two weeks were too short due to weekend access and slow mail.
The glasses arrived poorly packed and the carton was slightly crushed. The glasses were not damaged and I proceeded to test them.
Unfortunately the focus range was insufficient to correct my vision even to read the instructions. On accessing the website there was no access for a returned email or an email address. Also since there was not a bill or invoice enclosed I could not obtain a TRD number to return the goods.
The return doc onscreen require a photograph of the damaged glasses which was inapropriate in this case and left no room for a written complaint. Allowing for loss of access over the weekend and slow postal services two weeks were insufficient time to return the glasses.

The idea was intriguing, individual focus of each eye, but the resulting product is WORTHLESS. Better results from Dollar Store fixed lens pair (and they are better built)

Arrived today what a load of cheap Jack rubbish, they do not adjust they are just plastic that is useless DO NOT BUY THESE, you will have been scammed .
Who ever put these glasses together left a big thumb print in between the lens where it cant be cleaned
