Ordered probe covers for my Welch Alyn thermometer, price was lower by $3 a case elsewhere. Product was delivered in 3 days.

misleading and deceptive item listings resulted in me being ripped off for $150 for a device thats extraneous and forced me to make an emergency 100 mile round trip drive to get the correct one at a pharmacy. return policy is designed to rip you off. do NOT trust these people.

Diabetic Corner is also known as Medical Supply Corner. I ordered the wrong glucose test trips: my bad.

I timely shipped them back, per seller's instructions. No refund was for my $80.00+ order was posted back to my PayPal account. After a number of phone and email inquiries, quite a bit of pushing by me really, seller came out of radio silence and claimed the returned package had not been received. USPS tracking confirmed delivery had been occurred long before.

Asif at the company asked me to try to file a claim with USPS, I told him that was probably a non-started since USPS document the delivery to their "porch." Why a business has a porch I do not know. I accommodated Asif by taking time out of my schedule to go to my local USPS to display an email he had sent me claiming the package had not been received. USPS said no claim could be made since the package had been delivered, which was no surprise to me. Finally, a refund was made, minus the "free shipping." I suggested to Asif that it might be good customer relations be give a full refund, in light of the hassles I experienced.

Instead, Asif got somewhat harsh, suggesting that he had done me a favor by refunding the purchase price (company policy clearly promises refunds on returned items) and adopting a false narrative that the return had been lost or damaged. No such thing, of course.

It it was really not received by seller, it would have been stolen from what is apparently an unsecured 'porch." In fairness, according to to small print, it was the company's right to withhold it's "free" shipping fee, but, in consideration of the hassles I was forced to put up with, poor customer treatment. Unless one really need to purchaser from this seller, I suggest steering clear of Medical Supply Corner.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS....just awful to deal with......don't know where to start....perhaps with the almost $13.00 for S&H for a perhaps 1lb envelope. Shipped from CA to guess where? YES....to CA.

Then lets explore that i ordered 10 small TRUE self-test log booklets and received only 9.

Perhaps the 10 times I had to call them and not until I filed a dispute with paypal did i get a call back - left on my machine with such an accent that the number was not understandable....then i called the company 2 more times....never an answer.

Eventually paypal was nice enough to settle the issue. it wasn't about the money - it was the principle...SELLERS can not CHEAT CUSTOMERS and then turn a blindeye.

Do not buy any goods from these crooks. The stuff they sell is JUNK, and when you try to return this garbage they say "Too bad".

I bought a diabetic testing kit. He sent me a package that had been opened and probably used by another customer. I didn't even get the entire contents of the package. When I tried to return the product, which I found out later was also overpriced, the owner said he would not give a refund. Do not do business with these guys, the stuff is junk and the owners are very difficult to work with.

This company gives internet buying a bad name.

He is dishonest. When asked if he'll refund or send correct item he states NO. Then when you persist for customer satisfaction Steven the owner hangs up. Dishonest seller buyer beware.

Do not buy Diabetic Supplies or medical supplies from Steven or Diabetic Corner. They do not even have a business address they use a po box #2408 Corona Ca 92879.

The company, DiabeticCorner.com, is a bunch of disrespectful and crude bunch of individuals. Not only did their response to me lack any kind words of regret for the wrong product and such they were completely grammatically incorrect.

As if the company was foreign. I have never been accused (or my town) of tampering with something I MYSELF ordered let alone anyone else in the town (to where I am new to). They basically said take your money, if we send you another product you are going to screw us over again, and go to your local store and buy the product.

I live in a town that the only way of travel is by ferry or plane (in Alaska) and these are diabetic strips (a MUCH needed product) that they don't sell here in town. Pathetic and distasteful.
