Bad Customer Service
- - Jeans, knits, and sweaters are sent despite my preferences.
- - Boxes arrive without a subscription; a wedding order was canceled, no refund.
All they want to send me is jeans, knits and sweaters, Even though I have on my profile AND my feedback AND have emailed my stylists that I don't want them to send ANY jeans or ANY tees or knits and definitely NO sweaters. I just want blouses and shirts, pants and skirts and dressedm jackets.
I also don't want solid black or white - but guess what I keep getting over and over.
Jeans must be a big money maker for them. They also have very few brands, mostly Kut From the Cloth.
Second - They keep sending me boxes even though I don't have a subscription and haven't ordered any more boxes. Yes, I have checked my account. Yes, I have talked to them about it.
Lastly - I ordered directly from their shop for a wedding.
One item was never shipped and I can't get them to refund me. They admit that the item was canceled by one of their many separate shops.
They admit I did not receive it. But they claim it's out of their hands.

I could not return my package on time in the mail because I was in the hospital. I could not find a direct contact to Dia&co to let them know I was in hospital and would mail it the next business day.
They already charged my bank card. I don't have the funds to cover the expenses of the entire two packages they sent.
