Dia and Co - Inferior quality

I received my order and found a dress that was not new and wrapped in used paper. I sent an email but received no response.

I called numerous times, but their listed customer service number doesnt ring, it just cuts off. Im very disappointed.

Charges on debit card

I could not return my package on time in the mail because I was in the hospital. I could not find a direct contact to Dia&co to let them know I was in hospital and would mail it the next business day.

They already charged my bank card. I don't have the funds to cover the expenses of the entire two packages they sent.
