I'm trying to find out what happened to my order
I placed an order in September of this year and have spoken to two different people on several occasions about the order, I was given a tracking number to take to the Post Office to find out the disposition of the package and they told me that the package never left Las Vegas and that there wasn't anything they could do. When I called the 180*-***-****, I was told by somebody who call themselves Bishop.
He stated I will send another one out and you will have it buy Wednesday 20 November, well, I'm still waiting and I'm tired and out over $350.
I tried to call the telephone number back today and now something is going on with the phone number. These radio stations really need to screen the people advertising these products because I'm feeling like I've been scammed.

Recently made an online purchase but had not received delivery. Located a customer service contact number providing my contact information requesting a call back.
I received a call back on the same day. I could not recall my order number but the representative researched their system locating the order. I learned the product was shipped and arrived in my city today so delivery should be within the next two days. The representative was very pleasant, professional and helpful resolving my request.

I love Dherbs but had a bad experience with the Bowel Motion
I have been a faithful customer of Dherbs for years as I do the full body cleanse at least once or twice a year but in between I usually take the colon cleanse as needed (one of the herbs in the full body detox) so I thought when I ordered the bowel motion I thought it was the colon cleanse and they are not the same! The bowel motion gave me bad gas and stomach cramps the colon cleanse does not so Im not sure what the difference is between the 2 products but just know they are DIFFERENT products..I have no issue with the colon cleanse I dont get get cramps or gas or bloating with that product

$20.00 discount expired
To whom it concern, I'm very disappointed with this company dherbs. I referred my girlfriend and she purchased the 20 day cleanse and so did I and now when go to use the $20.00 discount coupon now it's saying it's expired.
I feel like it shouldn't be and expiration date but on the discount because I made and purchase as well as girl friend and now I cannot get the $20.00.
That is totally messed up on ever level!

Totally unsatisfied I tried this product I was in so much pain it was unbearable I stopped it after two days Im 60 years old Ive done a healthy detox previously never had Ive been in this much pain my medical doctor said stop it and discard it they would not give me any type of refund and could care less so I paid $130 for a product that they will not stand behind no refund the gentlemen on the other end of the phone couldve care less Im going to blast this from social media if I couldve gave it a -20 I would have
