Wrong order
I received the order on Monday and I opened the box yesterday and it came in wrong order when delivery comes and check only make sure its not damaged or anything but I can open the box or pallet right from the driver PALB36 and I receive ALB12
Credit card charged and no product arrived
I purchased shelving units for my grocery store and the day I ordered my credit card was charged. I have not received my units and there is no way to get a hold of a customer representative as they do not answer phones or emails.
I now see so many others have had the same experience with this company. Word needs to get out that this company is a total scam.
